Kenneth Wolfson JD
Kenneth provides advice and structure for corporations and commercial enterprises to ensure continuity, governance, succession and compliance. He has assisted in corporate organization and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions as well as public and private financing.
A graduate of Ryerson University, Kenneth attended Osgoode Hall Law School.
Kenneth is a member of the Ontario bar.
Raquel Levine, B.Comm., JD
Raquel advises private businesses, professional corporations and not-for-profits on various corporate and commercial matters. She assists with contracts, leases, and managing their corporate structure and players. Raquel acts for owners on the purchase of a new venture or the sale of their existing business. She works closely with senior management to identify opportunities while minimizing risks to the enterprise. She also advises their owners on estate planning and real estate matters.
Raquel received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Dean's Gold Key Award. While at Osgoode, Raquel served as the editor-in-chief of the Obiter Dicta newspaper.
Prior to attending law school, she worked in the legal and audit departments of a national retail company. She graduated with distinction from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance). While at McGill, Raquel was active in The McGill Tribune, occupying the roles of writer, Features Editor and finally Managing Editor.
Raquel is a member of the Ontario bar.
Tali Green JD
Tali maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with particular experience in contract and real estate disputes, professional negligence matters, and debt enforcement. Tali also provides pro bono services in the area of education law through Pro Bono Ontario.
After graduating from McGill University with a degree in Honours Economics, Tali worked as a risk analyst with a multinational insurance broker in New York where she reviewed and negotiated multi-layer insurance policies for energy, mining, and power companies. After immigrating to Canada, Tali obtained her JD from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and articled in the litigation department of a global full service law firm, gaining exposure to complex litigation in a variety of industries. Since being called to the bar in 2018, Tali has practised as an associate at a boutique construction and commercial litigation firm and in the commercial litigation group of a national full service law firm.
Tali's varied background, creativity, and passion for litigation have allowed her to advocate effectively for her clients. Some of her past matters include a successful appeal at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and a successful motion to strike in the Small Claims Court.
